Terms of service

The service

Gethrs is a web application for taking notes: notebooks, spaces, notes, tasks, calendar, attachments, sharing. It runs in the browser; there is no app to install.

We may add, change or remove features. When a change removes something people use, we say so in advance inside the app.

Your account

You need an account, created with Google or with an email address and a password. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials to yourself. One person, one account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age for consenting to online services where you live.

Your content

What you write and upload is yours. We claim no rights over it. You give us only the permission needed to store it, show it to you and to the people you share it with, back it up and index it for your search.

You may not use the service to store or share content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that harms other people or the service (malware, spam, attempts to break in). We may remove such content and close the account.

You can export everything at any time from Settings, in a file you own.

Plans and prices

Free: no cost, with the limits shown on the home page (1 notebook, 1 space, up to 50 notes, up to 20 attachments). Unlimited: 7,99 € per month or 79 € per year, without those limits.

Prices include VAT where it applies. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the period already paid. If we change a price, you are told at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Until online payment is available, the Unlimited plan is activated by contacting us.

Availability and support

We do our best to keep the service up and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee it will be available without interruption. Keep a backup: the export exists for this.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost data you did not back up, or lost profits. In any case our liability towards you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the event.

Nothing here limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

Closing the account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account; your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after telling you, unless the breach makes that impossible.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes go to the courts of Italy; if you are a consumer, the court of the place where you live applies.
